Condition-orientated maintenance
Maintenance measures are mapped in separate objects. In this way, the defined time-based maintenance programmes can be stored in a resource-specific manner.
Condition-oriented maintenance approaches, as well as risk-oriented strategies, are implemented in accordance with the rules and the resulting measures are determined automatically.
The assessment of the actual situation is made possible by the transfer and presentation of historical orders (e.g. from SAP). Various tools for manipulating the maintenance tasks (cycles, duration, resource requirements, occasion, etc.) support the optimisation of the maintenance strategy.
The maintenance team can quickly review planned or current corrective maintenance work and coordinate these actions with long-term planned exterior maintenance, replacement or refurbishment work. With insight into the current condition of operating resources as well as current planning, measurable savings can be achieved.
