Travenetz in Lübeck relies on asset management solutions from signion

At the beginning of 2023, Travenetz decided in favour of signion as part of a tender and decided to introduce LCC AM/QM in the company's asset management. 

The project was started immediately after procurement. All operating resources were transferred to the signion system.

The data undergoes a step-by-step quality assurance process in LCC. Data deficiencies, missing data and inconsistencies are identified and, if necessary, passed on to the service provider for rectification.

This provides the municipal utilities with a centralised and ISO-compliant asset register that allows easy access and analysis of all asset data. Determining the year of construction supplements the data and provides a good platform for the strategic and operational asset management of Travenetz

The specific lifetimes, replacement values and, if necessary, suitable value assumptions required for asset management are added to the operating resources. A separate valuation of the operating assets for the presentation of a strategy orientated towards the objectives of the municipal utilities was also added. This created the basis for the presentation of the network status and the creation of analyses and reports with corresponding forecasts for investment measures and their effects on defined target values. The previous project was rounded off by the visualisation of the required data in the Qlik dashboard system with the help of signion.
