LCC implementation phase successfully completed at REWAG's network company 

Regensburg Netz GmbH had opted for the signion Asset Management solution. After the project start, the first project phase including training was successfully completed very quickly.   

All network and asset data of the electricity, gas and water divisions of REWAG were taken over for the creation of a central asset register. In the process, the data went through a supplementation and improvement process, whereby, for example, the topology-supported determination of unknown years of construction and installation also took place. Among other things, all assets were assigned life span variants, depreciation periods, replacement and acquisition values to support forecast calculations.

This provides the basis for using the newly created data stock for simulating medium- and long-term investment and renewal scenarios and evaluating their impact on selected target figures. The results derived from this form an important contribution to the annual economic planning.
